Phase noise for Low Frequency Ring VCO

Hi. There.
I have made a ring oscillator that generates extremely low frequency (30kHz to 230kHz for input voltage from 1 to 4v). This is done by 50um CMOS tech with 5v application.

The phase noise for the VCO is attached. The distortion from about 10kHz is obviously white noise so that I can ignore. However, my question is how you do decide if this phase noise is ok or not.

Any good calculation method or comparison for this phase noise?
