I am using dspic microcontroller with i2c eeprom. I need large capacity memory say 2048x8 bites. Is there any module that can write in pen drive using i2c are uart communication.

Hi,

Pendrive is overkill. It has gigabytes...ad you need to install a USB host in HW and SW.

You may use I2C or SPI EEPROM. Farnell has more than 450 different types with >= the required density on stock.

You also may use Flash.
