hi,
well i just had a green pcb protective coating, but when i tried to apply it i had a problem that its a thick coating .
i can't get a thin layer over the board so it goes darker.
i need to get a thin soft layer of it.
any ideas?
hint: i'm not talking about solder mask:!:

A lot of guard-type products are alcohol-based so it is quite possible that you can use isopropyl alcohol or methylated spirit as a tinner ..
