we interface gsm with 8051.now going to inteface with cdma module.can u please suggest one cdma module for interfacing with 8051.i saw huawei E
M660 module.is it ok for communication?
we prefer 400/800MHz freq
please suggest me one cdma module...

hi,
we decided ti use C202 CDMA modem (simware model) with p89lv51.but unfortunately i didnt get the data sheet for that model.ie, we didnt get the AT commands for that modem.Can any one help us for getting AT commands.from which link should we search? i tried.but didnt get for this model.
please help

this link is for CDMA wireless modem.
i m using simware c202 CDMA modem.can i use the above link for AT commands in our device?
