bojan dobaj p16pro

hi to all
not i am also become pic fan
so i want to make a perfect programmer
i choose one by serching internet
P16PRO programmer for PIC16Cxx microcontrollers by Bojan Dobaj
but after making
i am getting error of hardware problem
i am using picall software Version 0.16 which if now become free for picpro
i found very good review of it
but what it is not working to me
i have also try it with different buffer ic like 7406 and inverting ic 7407
is it fault of my pc?
my pc is p4 with intel motherboard
kindly help me and find out the solution
thank you in advance

output voltage of parallel port

according to my experiences there can be two major problems in the software:
1. in the hardware settings try to increase the value for MS_Prog_Delay. This value depends on your machine, so you have to play with it.
2. in the file PICALLW.INI, section: [P16PRO HARDWARE] change this entry: Delay_VDD_On=0 --> Delay_VDD_On=3

Don't forget to adjust the settings if you change the buffer type (7406/7407)

THANKS FOR REPLY
I DID IT THE SAME AS U MENTIONED AND Delay_VDD_ON VALUE IS ALREADY 3
BUT STILL IT SHOWING HARDWARE FAULT
I CHECK THE 7405 VOLTAGE THERE IS SOME STRANGE OUTPUT
VDDD AND VPP ARE WORKING FINE BUT ON
CLOCK AND DATAOUT PIN
1) WHEN DATAOUT IS SET 1 THE CLOCK PIN IS WOKING MEAND SHOWIN 0 ON CLEAR AND 1 ON SET BUT WHEN DATAOUT IS 0 THEN CLOCK PIN IS NOT WORKING AT OUTPUT ON 7405
2)SAME WITH DATAOUT WHEN CLECK IS SET 1 THE DATAOUT PIN IS SHOWIN 0 ON CLEAR AND 1 ON SET BUT WHEN CLOCK IS 0 THEN DATAOUT PIN IS NOT WORKING AT OUTPUT ON 7405
WHAT IS WORONG THER
CAN ANY ONE GIVE SUGESSTION
THANKING UOU

In this weird situation, what are the exact voltage levels at the inputs of the 7405 (= outputs of parallel port) ?
What's the exact supply voltage of the 7405 ?
Double check R6 & R7. Their value is 10k, not 10R !
Did you put a 100nF cap across pins 7 & 14 of the 7405 ?

YES
THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE OF PARALLEL PORT IS ABOUT 4.2 V
I HAVE USED 78L05 AND 78L08 WITH 15-0-15 TRANFARMER
THE SUPPLY ACROSS7405 IS ECACT 5 VOLT AND THE VPP IS ALSO EXACT 13 VOLT
UES THE VALURE OF RESISTORS ARE OK
THE 100 NF CAP IS ALREADY CONNTECTED TO ACROSS THE OUTPUT OF 78L05 AND SAME IS GIVEN TO 7405
THE 78L05 GETTING TOO HOT DUE TO 15-0-15 SO I PUT A 10 R RESISTOR TO INPUT
IT IS THE REASON OF THE HARDWARE FAULT

THANKING YOU
