Hi all,

Did anyone know a good PC program, working as an oscilloscope using the sound card?
BTW I want this program to measure a low frequency signal (ECG -pulse rate)

thanks

Hi,

Basically audio frequency falls in the same range of ECG. Hence any audio player like winamp GUI can be used as a Oscilloscope for the ECG application. Only thing is you may have to change the pattern.

For more details kindly contact me.

Hi Muralidgara,
Could you please explain a little more how should change the pattern?
I have also a circuit with an analogue output and I want to see the signal in PC.
I know there is one osc, PICOSCOPE but it is very expensive. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks
Sanna
