Opinions/experience with subj Java card

Hello!
Is anyone deal with subj? What microcontrollers you recommend for this purpose (i heard only about SmartJ ST22 - (ST Micro: http://www.st.com/) and Jsmart - (Nazomi: http://www.nazomi.com/)
And is there any complex FAQ on subj, covering all topics from licensing issues with sun to best EDA software for development of such devices.

Hi! Sim Card with additional functionality is what i want to create finally. :roll: So, can you recommend any sites/books covering whole process of the ST22 programming and so on. I'm newbie in all this java things honestly - till this moment only wrote some devices on verilog and programmed Motorola mc 68000.
