This is a solution for cars which are not equipped with board computer. All the information are shown on the display.
The board computer is operated using two buttons (same as original). One of them is used for switching individual functions. The second is used for deleting results and, in the stoper mode, for stopping or moving again.
Functions:
- display the total fuel consumption
- average fuel consumption
- momentary fuel consumption
- average speed
- accumulator voltage
- temperature inside the car
- mileage
- stopwatch (travel time)
- original data such as RDS and date
The system was carried out using microcontroller 68HC912B32.
