hi i am a beginner here.

My op amp design involved 2 current source. How can i apply that current source when i do the layout and fabrication?

Thanks

In layout. the need is to match the MOS.
you have to take care that while designing you have to keep L same and W same with M factor of MOS variable. So in layout when you do fingering, each finger can have size of W or lower multiple of W.
Also orientation is important, but for the time been this is sufficient.

hello,

if you are doing a real design, you must design your own current source instead of using ideal current source. It is basic for you as a designer.

Hallo

Strennor was right ..so take some basic Current sources Widlar current source.

Best regards
