i have some question regarding this cket

1.in he input voltage circuit we connect R2 in series with the potentiometer which determine the input voltage P2?
2.if RF became 200 kohm then what will be the value of R3?why?
also what will be the value of Rr?why?

i have no idea how to do calculations?so plz any help will be useful
thnx in advance
