Isource vdd out 10uA
D1 out gnd P+_NW 3600

Vvdd vdd 0 3v
Vgnd gnd 0 0

Above is the model and netlist I use to run the hspice.
The need of voltage of out node is 0.64v with diode area 3600.
But I can not make sure what 3600 represent?
Does it represent 3600um2??
And if so,I feel this value is so large in layout and I want to reduce it's value.
How could I do to improve it? Thanks for your help!

you can use 10*10, while m=36 for it

Thanks,sunking
How could I reduce the m value??
I means how to reduce the diode area in layout?

But I can not make sure what 3600 represent?
3600 means the layout area of diode is 3600 times to the layout area of diode model cell. If ur the area of diode model provided by foundry is 30*30, the "m" is 4. So the "m" is based on the diode model provided by foundry.
