I've two book in Comm. Cir. : Clarke-Hess and Krauss-Bostian
but I want a text about analyzing Transistor with noise consideration.
for example considering noise sources in hybrid model of transistor and calculating Rs-opt and etc.

would you please give just some hint for search.......... I go to ocw @ MIT but no result..............
I've just found that Honk Kong Poly Technique University Comm. Cir. lecture.....I've put it on previous post..............
That lecture is good but I want sth better.
 

MIT lecture has it.
THe course is named high speed communication circuits.
