It is a project of Nixie clock built of Burroughs tubes. It uses microprocessor PIC16F84A for control.

Boards were made in screen printing method. You can order a firm to make the boards – a great advantage of that solution is that professionalis can check whether there are no mistakes of connections on the board. They can also make the holes properly.

The housing (you can make front panel of plexi, lacquered, sanded) and the clock itself can be improved from aesthetic side. A small socket power supply (charger size) with parameters: 12V, 1,2A supplies the clock. Some tests of photovoltaic cell and gel accumulator were carried out with good results.

The accumulator maintaining the microcontroller settings withstands approximately 2 weeks.
