There will be a certain transformer inductance, which is unfortunately unspecified in the datasheet as I already mentioned.

But 12 mArms can be read as a maximum rating that shouldn't be exceeded. Respectively you can be sure that an OP with15 or 20 mA output current will be sufficient to drive the LVDT at full level. As already mentioned by others, there's no reason to use a power OP like TDA2030.
 

How can you say that , if 12 mArms is input for coil than 3.5 V rms can also be input of coil, may be. I do't understand what does it mean 3,5V RMS with load 1 MOhm//360pF
 

3.5 V drive voltage and 1 Mohm receiver coil load are the conditions to achieve the specified sensitivity.
 

drive voltage means primarily coil voltage?
