Hello everyone,
I need to design a negative inductor of value around-20nH to -25nH in the frequency range of 100MHz to 250MHz.
I have read some Thesis/papers like:

https://www.google.com.sa/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwi6mJK6hbHVAhWNLFAKHSqTDBgQFggpMAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fweb.eng.ucsd.edu%2Fece%2Fgroups%2Felectromagnetics%2FTheses%2FMinuJacob.pdf&usg=AFQjCNHoLVi8HGDh0pK-yZfOW4t5pdFoug

This thesis shows a -30nH inductor made using a pair of transistor but does not show the process of designing it. How can I manage different trade offs (e.g. bandwidth, flatness, loss etc.). Can anyone help me in getting the detailed information (book chapter etc.?) or related theory how can I design, simulate and fabricate the negative inductance in the frequency range of interest.

Will be really grateful for your help.

It explains the general concept behind the design which is NIC (negative impedance converter).

As required for a scientific text, the bibliography has references to NIC design. This can be your starting point.
