I am windows device driver programmer...!
I need a forum where I can study windows Kernel internals, where I can share my ideas, share source code...etc.,,!
I wanted to write programmer like SPY, Process Explorer etc from scratch...!

I feel the same way about linux, however you can always share your ideas here in this forum. It is more os independent and you can always get feed back from others using other os (which may or may not be a good thing).
