Need to Develope DC Energy Meter

Please guide how to develope the energy meter.

I Have a idea about AC energy meter.

How much energy are you talking about? And for how long time do you want to measure?

The major problem here is that it's hard to construct a circuit that multiply voltage and current.

I have a picture of an analog multiplier circuit, but I don't know how to bias it so that it will multiply voltage with voltage.

Use the controller to measure DC Current ,DC voltage & time

From here to calculate energy is pure math (just remember not to work with floating math on a micro controller it will consume lot of processing power,RAM & flash
Try to convert to real numbers
