Need: One chip telephone solution with hands free capability

Maybe someone has involve and knows something about my issue.
I need an one chip solution for a telephone dialer with hands free capability
that has a low cost as well.
I know all ready some chips from Austria Micro Systems but they are quite expensive.
Perhaps a chip from China could cover my need.
