Re: RF design

If you're new to RF I would start off with Chris Bowik's boook.
It's easy and practical. Two more good books are:

Microwave Engineering by David Pozar
Transistor Amp Design by G. Gonzales

Good Luck

Re: RF design

I think the followings may help you:

Andrei Grebennikov - RF and Microwave Power Amplifier Design, McGraw-Hill Professional Engineering

Steve C. Cripps - Advanced Techniques in RF Power Amplifier Design, Artech House

Peter B. Kenington - High Linearity RF Amplifier Design, Artech House

You may also search Amazon.com for additional books. (Also try Artech House's web page https://www.artechhouse.com - They have many very good books on Microwave and RF engineering)

Re: RF design

Transistor Amp Design by G. Gonzales
is a good book ,that easy to understand.

Re: RF design
