Hey all,

Neighbor just put in a dog kennell about 100 yards from my property. Unfortunately, since I live outside the city limits, no ordinaces against. Here is what I am looking for;

A circuit, that depending on decible level, would activate a loudspeaker. I would try different sounds to counteract the barking.

Anyone heard of a sound activated circuit? Maybe have one?

Thanks for ideas.

Respectfully,

DJ

try using a clap switch circuit. turn on a HF sound for 5 sec and then switch off the amplifier, wait till next bark do the same.

Thinking like a P.O'd neighber myself, I like the idea of using a Clap circuit.
Then make the output of the Clap circuit, start some of those whistle tones for the Dogs that only he can hear.
It might just confuse the Dog enough that he'll forget to bark.

Another thing you might do is make the Clap circuit turn on a Tape Recorder.
Eventually you can collect enough Dog Barking noise, you can turn it on when your neighbor is trying to sleep.
