Need idea how to generate 4 bit single track gray codes

Hi All,
I am trying to make a Single track Gay coded wheel. Anyone has any idea how to generate 4 bit Single track gray codes. I can find 5 digit single track gray codes but not 4 bit single track gray code. Please help.
