Skills Required:

• Strong experience with Analog layout practices(Tight Matching) in FinFet process to build complex Analog Layouts. Blocks done from scratch, not just the Verification(DRC/LVS).
• Understanding and Hands on for high performance blocks like ADC, DAC, PLL, Clock Generators.
• Comfortable with Cadence tool.
• Experience working on High speeds.
• Knowledge of Layout techniques like Floor planning, thermal aware layout with electro migration considerations.
• Would be reporting/working closely with Delivery Lead and Circuit Designers.
• Good communication.
• Interpret LVS, DRC, ERC reports to find fastest way to complete layout.
• Recognize failure prone layout structures for Latch-up.
• Understanding of IR drop, RC delay, Electro migration, Self-Heat and cross capacitance.
• Scripting experience in Skill would be considered a Plus, but not required.
