Need Help With an Allegro .brd ASCII Export to .alg

I have this Cadence Allegro brd file that I want to import to Altium. Altium can not import brd type files unless Allegro is installed. But it can import the ASCII type format (alg files). I would appreciate if anyone with Allegro could take my brd file and convert it to a alg type file for me

Just to make clear, importing directly from the original PCB format may not be possible, but rather, from Allegro one can generate the CAM files (gerbers) so that can be imported to Altium, as detailed below:
