Hi, I am new to this forum..

I am using BTA41. Its gets 105 degree C in 3 min.

Load current = 6 A
line voltage = 230VAC

Is there any wrong..

About 1W/A TRIAC power dissipation, i.e. 6W is normal. Use a heat sink!

Thanks eric, but i used heat sink, with heat sink it reaches 106 degree in 5 mins ,

and one thing, both BTA25 and BTA41 acts as same, i mean, gets 106 degree.

Have a look at the attached picture ..
Make sure that the Triac is connected the right way and replace resistors in triac's gate circuit with something substantially smaller ..
