Highly doubtful, especially when you don't even mention
which Silvaco tool you want the free answers for. Process,
device simulators? Or Smartspice?
Good luck finding a real device mesh and values, this is
prime IP at any device manufacturer. SPICE models,
maybe more of a chance as this is "design-in enablement".
Your best bet is probably somebody's thesis, who did
their own work and left it laying about.
