The simulation shows that the red branch suggested in post #17 isn't completely irrelevant, it causes the usually unwanted filter leakage above 10 kHz. It's a disadvantage of the Sallen-Key topology, other topologies have non-bypassed shunt capacitors and respectively less high frequency leakage.
It should be also mentioned that the chosen C1/C2 and C3/C4 capacitor ratio doesn't result in effective low pass filter with sharp cut-off frequency. But as we heard, the values are only guessed, apparently not so well.
