Multiplexer

Im looking for a multiplexer that can drive 1:40 pins
My idea is to connect an ADC (single channel) to this multiplexer.
the input on adc conneted to the multiplexer, and it can switch to 40 other pins, so i can read adc data from 40 other chanals switching 1 by 1. if anybody having idea of 1:40 channel multiplexer pls help me

regards binoj

Re: Multiplexer

Hi,

Have a look at the Farnells online catalogue which lists a couple of pages of analogue multiplexers and switches.
Think it will then be a case of ordering from them unless you are lucky to find someone local stocking such a chip.

The Max306 seems a contender but you will still need 3 chips to make your 1:40
