This year I will have to take theme for MSc thesis in Power electronics or Power Supply in telecomunications (maybe AC drives).
I do not know what topic to take (to mayor in).

Please recommend me sth which is mainstream or very usefull in world (or Europe) for these topics above mentioned.

perhaps phase shifted dc-dc converter........
or volt/hertz control for the induction motor...
or vector control for the induction motor........

I propose you to design a smps circuit. From the real world point of view it is very fitting with your thougths. Because nowdays every electronic system has an smps unit.

Do a thesis not to lead to failed results. Pick something to do with harmonics, field is very vast and lots of things need to be implemented.
