in schottky junction that banddiagram energy see in below, fig3_2_3.gif
we see that a depletion region created after contacting semiconductor and metal.my question is in ntype semiconductor we have any electron ,for creating depletion region this conclusion is true that electron from semiconductor goes to metal?it is true?
