Hi there!
Is it a good place to search for outsource FW coding? If so, here is a quick description of what we need:
Project/device functionality:
1. Communication interface with memory chips (async interface with 8/16-bit data bus plus control signals). Implementation on FPGA (VHDL)
2. Logic analyzer functionality. Implementation on FPGA(VHDL)
3. SDIO interface. Implementation on Cypress FX3
You need to create:
1. FW for Cypress FX3 on C (schematics attached) and control module on C# that will:
- configure (upload bitmap) to FPGA;
- configure I2C devices and peripherals
- implement and configure slaveFIFO interface between USB-FPGA
2. FPGA FW (VHDL) that implements the interface for externally connected devices (memory chips)
3. FPGA FW (VHDL) that implements logic analyzer functionality
4. Control module on C# for FPGA
External mem.chip communication, peripheral devices com., and bidirectional data transfer through slaveFIFO.
Testing and debug is done together on the working sample.
Experience with similar completed projects is a must.
