Hi

Can anyone help for designing CLC pi filter for EMC CS102(30Hz to 150KHz) test?

Marked as [SOLVED]. Is that correct?

CLC?? EMC test?

CLC pi filter was stated. Something like this: CLC-pi-filter.png
EMC: Electro-Magnetic Compatibility.

Is this too far from Audio, guru?
SCNR ;-)

I understood CLC but usually this refers to a single sided model. Often you need two transformers, a DM choke and CM ckoke cascaded.

Can you measure your spectrum of voltage into a LISN source coils or use CT's to measure current for CM and DM noise?

Then the appropriate ferrite current rating and impedance ratio of L/C using X1 rated plastic caps is used for DM and Y2 caps for CM noise .

This is the way to design a line filter for unwanted conducted emssions. Often Active PFC improves results.

no.. i want solution please help

1. Can you please clarify where CS102 (conducted succeptibility) is specified? Product specifications are often referring to MIL-STD-461F, but there's no CS102 in any version of the standard.
2. Can you clarify what's the function of the said filter and what's your specific application?
