Re: motion detection

Hi,

Amnong many ways one of the ways for Motion detection is by
placing two stepper motors in the two adajacent corners of the room and by mounting laser transmitting diodes over those stepper motors. these stepper motors run in opposite direction to each other with 90° to max.

two photorecivers are placed in the room. the default conditions of the room are first read by the microcontrollers through the photoreceivers for each individual stepping of the motor. after installing the whole. the microcontroller compares the present with the default.

motion detection

You could also sense with ultrasonics...

Re: motion detection

You need a sensor more than 8051.
