Dear all,
I'm working on a current steering DAC. I have built a simple current sources matrix (Without considering any other circuits or parasitic components) in Matlab in order to simulate the INL yield by Monte Carlo method. However, what I got is much bigger than the results in the published papers. I think I have done the Monte Carlo simulation in a wrong way. Could anyone tell me how to do this simulation correctely? Thanks very much!
