I have a problem in modelling passive mixer , Iam modelling a 4 phase passive mixer , I modelled each transistor as a switch with resistance Rswitch , when local oscillator voltage is high
and with zero current when the voltage is low .
But I have a problem , I couldn't see the impedance translation effect , when I plotted S11 (using pss and PSP analysis) , I couldn't see the base band impedance centered around the
the fLO , also I can't notice the effect of Rshunt due to the reradiation of the harmonics .

Thanks

Hoda
