Modeling of SiPM signals and simulation in LT Spice

Hi,

I would like to simulate the read out electronics of pixel based radiation detectors using two approaches. One with charge sensitive amplifier (CSA) and the other with transimpedance amplifier (TIA). I am wondering how can I add the signal models for SiPM in LT Spice ? What are the most generic signal models that I can use for SiPM ?
