Hi, Are there any EDA or tools for modeling and analysis of advanced 3d semiconductor devices and different structures?
Like estimating current or quantum well behaviors and other parameters associated with semiconductor devices.
There are some technology based tools but what I'm looking for is something general.
Thank you beforehand
