Hi everyone,
In some datasheet of IC, the modes of IC is determined by a pad (3 mode - floating, connect to VDD, connect to VSS).
Any circuit can do that?
Thanks,
minhchau

In an analog circuit, bias the pad to mid supply by a voltage divider, use two comparators with 1/4 and 3/4 VDD threshold. Digital chips might also test the connected impedance by sequentially operating switch transistors.
