Minimum Vdd of this analog switch?

Page5 --> Power requirements --> VDD --> 5V ... 16.5V (min / max)

I recommend to use the PDF reader's search function.
A search for "VDD" gives over 60 hits .. so even if you check them one by one it does not take too much time and you see that there are several charts specified VDD = 5V.

The curves in the datasheet shows that it works not very well with a 10V supply and much worse with a 9V supply.
Why not use a CD74HC4066 that is much better and works perfectly at 5V.
 

Notice that ADG1219 Ron isn't specified for 5V single supply (Vdd=5, Vss=0). There are many low voltage devices available if you target to 5 operation. As Audioguru mentioned, simple HC4066 is probably better suited.
