Mini CNC milling machine of aluminum

The milling machine was made of aluminum sheet, what provides the ease of processing the components.

Parameters:
  • working area: 450x500x150
  • the maximum feed speed: 1500mm/min
  • spindle mechanical power: 400W
  • processed materials: plastics, wood, aluminum, copper
  • drawings and model made in Invertor
  • control software: Mach3
  • drawings made in programs: b2g, Inventor, ARTCam, ImgToGcode

x axis
  • supported shafts dia 14
  • trapezoidal propeller dia 18
  • table made of 12mm aluminum sheet

y axis
  • steel shafts dia 16
  • trapezoidal propeller dia 14

z axis
  • made of aluminum sheet on two shafts dia 16
  • trapezoidal propeller dia 14

Electronics:
  • 3x stepper motor 3Nm/4A
  • 3x driver 4,2A with microstep
  • main board
  • pulse power supply 36V/10A
  • automatics

The device was tested in milling and cutting aluminum, engraving, cutting pannels for housings and milling PCBs.
