Hi,

Does anybody know how to measure the Vil, Vih, Vol and Voh of an inverter in cadence?

Thanks,

Thanks,

In DC analysis, you use two function "deriv" and "cross" of wavescan tool

voh vih

I think cross function only give me Vih and Vil, but how to measure Voh and Vol?

Thanks

vih voh

hoangthanhtung's quote like as the setting of simulation for drawing Vout/Vin graph.

In inverter DC simulation,
If either PMOS or NMOS be in cut off,
Its critical input and output voltages are VIH, VIL, VOH and VOL.
