[SOLVED] Mathematical expressions for Interconnection of 1-port networks and 2-port networks

Hello!
I have a little problem with interconnection of 1-port network and 2 port network.
Currently I'm trying to calculate S-parameters of attenuator PI-network. fig.1

and the SnP1 block is fig.2

where S2P block is a turned on or off nmos transistor measured like this (fig. below)

First question - Which equations and matrix I should use to calculate S-parameters (S11) of circuit shown on fig.2

I have already try to solve this in terms of Z Y ABCD (and series, parallel etc connections of matrix ), I think this should be something different...

Second question is - How to connect this 1-port network at the begining and at the end of circiut at fig. 1

And if my aproach is completly wrong - please give me advice how do it in a best way)
