diode marking code

Hello,

I broke a device and one diode broke ( was a protection diode ).

I'm trying to figure out what is that diode but I'm unable to find that information ( I did sent an email to ST but no answer so far). The marking on the top of the diode is : ST
CUH
C732

Is anybody can help me to figure out what is the part number of that device ?

Thank you :)!
