Hi people,

In Astro we can use the following options to minimize skew ( just by selecting the options ),

* Buffer / Gate Sizing
* Buffer / Gate Relocation
* Level Adjustment
* Reconfiguration
* Delay Insertion
* Dummy Load Insertion

How do we implement these steps in magma. Wat are the commands for these steps wrt to cts in magma?
