LVS Mal-formed device IBM 8rf

Dear all,

LVS reports an error "mal-formed device detected" on RF trible well nfet when I was making several symmetrical fets into one interdigitated one. If I change the nfet_tw with regular nfet, it is fine.

Did anyone have the same problem before? thanks for help!!
