lte simulator

Hello All,

I'm doing my MSc Project on mobil localization for LTE. I will be using Uplink-TDOA to measure the time difference at different base stations and using that value, the position will be calculated. I would like to know the availability of any simulator which can I use to simulate this.

Let me be honest, I'm pretty new to the whole thing. So If I dont make any sense, pls point out and ask for clarification.
