LPC2148 and PC communication via USB

Hi Friends,

Using LPc2148 Development board, I've able to detect the my USb device as Mass storage device
when connected to the PC.
and I can copy and paste the files in the Mass storage device(496Kb) and also able to open, read and write.
Now when usb is connected to system I should display the characters inside the file an displaying those characters on the LCd board. which is mounted on the LPc2148 broad.
How do I communicate with PC and controller via USB.
