a 2ohm resistor is needed , what type of resistor is best?

the square is 17ohm +-3ohm for emitter .

L=4.7um. W=40um, then the value is 2ohm,

but how much has the parasitic resistor of contact.

who can help me for this

metal resisitor is not well because the current is large.

... the current is large.
Just then I'd use a top metal resistor for such a low value. Not necessarily min-size W.
