Why synplify v7.3.1 ?
Use synplify v7.3.4 which is available after registration at
h**ps://w*w.synplicity.com

if you want to use it with the v7.3.1 licenxx file, i think the v7.3.4 also works with the v7.3.1 licenxx.

I tried it with v7.3.3 and it worked.
