hi all,
i am trying to make a 3 phase motor speed controller
and i need 6 pwm signal to create 3 phase sine waves and usb communication

i found a pic named 18f2431 which has 8 channel pwm output

but is it convenient chip to communicate with pc via usb?

Re: 6 pwm output pic

What method you are using to create the 3 Phase...

I had recently made a similar project on PIC16.. without using any PWM module... but yes u can use PIC18 since it offers 6 PWM module and built-in dead-time function.

but for USB connection PIC24 is good... even me is trying to do 1 project where to communication have to established between PIC and Cellphone via USB
