Dear all,
I am looking for some commercially available buck converter with high switching frequency (10-20MHz). I want to use it in my envelope tracking application but I could hardly find upto 6MHz switching frequency. Does anybody have an idea where I can get those or if someone has used or searched for those tracking power supplies before, please share with me?
Thanks!!

Re: Buck Converter

20 MHz doesn't sound reasonable for a buck converter topology. I guess, you won't find any. Resonant converters are a more promising candidate.

Re: Buck Converter

Let say if you choose Frequency=10Mhz and Buck works at 30% duty cycle (30nS). That means you need to design every things inside Buck with the delay <20-25nS for the worst case. It seems impossible in analog design side.
